I performed the installation of Visual Studio 2015 Community and every time I enter it requests a repair. I tried to uninstall but does not allow.

You have a way of force uninstallation of Visual Studio 2015, I’ll show you how I proceeded a while ago when I had exactly the same problem:
C:\vs_ultimate.exe /uninstall /force
Run that command on your CMD . Note that in my case this was the directory, was located on the disk C: and I was using the version Ultimate .

This in principle is due to the fact that you have your Windows corrupted. Use the sfc /scannow command in cmd to report the system files and by fin make a chkdsk to your c:

You can keep your vote, me little or nothing bothers me. Just to say that Visual Studio copies files to the Windows folder like any other program and this may have changed a dll or other program that now has different signatures, if it is a system file that command will help. Remember that we are talking about installation problems often the problem until difficult to detect at least has something to start there.
