Scrap torrent via PHP

Question

I’m doing torrent Scrap, and the script works on the localhost, with xampp server, and on the hostgator server it doesn’t work, someone knows why ?

Unfortunately, it seems that your application violates the terms of use of Hostgator

"User may not: Run any bit torrent application, tracker, or client."

It seems that you will have to change servers or negotiate with Hostgator.
