Problems in PM2 - Nodejs

I have a problem with PM2 has ever happened to someone.

I start some applications and they usually appear in the list when running pm2 list. But after a few days applications disappear from pm2 list. They keep working but can only find them when running ps aux | grep Node, as shown below.

I have uninstalled PM2 reinstalled the worst of it happens to more than one server. Does anyone have any idea?

  • Do you have any code to provide? Maybe you can help. Try to finish all processes and run only by pm2.

It is common for this to happen when you run pm2 start as root and pm2 list as common user or vice versa. Always run your application as a user and never as root.
