I’m developing a newspaper website, and I have a problem to solve.
The newspaper owner doesn’t want to limit the size of the news. With this, I can not leave everything embedded, as one news ends up being bigger or smaller than the other, left blank spaces.
Had given the suggestion to limit, but they refused, as they receive news from other agencies and can not keep changing the title/ subtitle.
To explain better, follows image of a part of the site:
These black squares I made (dirty) to try to give an idea of what I need.
The Earth site (terra.com.br) has something similar to what I want.
Some light?
Hello, I didn’t understand very well. What you want is to make the "spaces"?

I need the news to fit. I’ll print an example.

If you look at the Earth site, the news may have several sizes, but the "squares" have "fixed" size"...
– Hebert Richard
For what I analyze the site is that there is set right size for 1 text. Where each news will use if bigger can use 2 spaces or how many needed to right or down.
– Tiago Gomes
I wanted to use the fixed size for text, exactly to not have this difference in size... some idea, @Tiago?
– Hebert Richard
If I can’t solve it, how do I "kill" this blank space? Just one detail, the news comes from the bank...
– Hebert Richard
In your case it is more complicated because it has the full news, it will be very difficult not to exist blank spaces (with the order that is).
– Tiago Gomes
At this moment I only see 2 steps possible.: 1 pass the news in horizontal order instead of vertical. 2 do exactly as you did in your image add "spaces" but instead of "spaces" put image or advertising.
– Tiago Gomes
I understand. The first option looks interesting. Adding "spaces" is not going to be cool, because the news has different sizes. Each day they change, it can have title/subtitle, or not, for example. The size is never equal. I may be talking nonsense, but what if I fix the size for col-Md and leave the rest responsive? Understand what I say?
– Hebert Richard
What I see in the print already has 4 set with fixed sizes. Is there any rule for each column or are inserted from left to right?
– Tiago Gomes
From left to right. Sizes are not fixed. They are according to the amount of text coming from the bank.
– Hebert Richard
One interesting thing about Terra’s site is that some content has little text, but the "boxes" have fixed size, which leaves the site organized. http://imgur.com/8pSMaP3
