For simple formatting in C, can be used controller ANSI DOS, which had on IBM’s micros and Windows XP, but windows 7 does not support the controller ANSI.
There is a substitute with such functions?

  • What functions? Positioning? Colors? It would be nice to detail a little in the question.

  • I have never been able to make it work on Windows7, neither for color nor for positioning, on Windows10 I have tested these days and seems to have native support.

  • @ederwander to color these times I posted an alternative (but with external command) http://answall.com/a/123801/70. Positioning I only used in Harbour, but there is already native function.

  • Maybe Ansicon is the solution: https://github.com/adoxa/ansicon

  • I refer to color mundanity and text positioning. As I am little knowledgeable of programming, what is native function??
