What functions? Positioning? Colors? It would be nice to detail a little in the question.

I have never been able to make it work on Windows7, neither for color nor for positioning, on Windows10 I have tested these days and seems to have native support.

@ederwander to color these times I posted an alternative (but with external command) http://answall.com/a/123801/70. Positioning I only used in Harbour, but there is already native function.
