Among the various tools found when researching about it, could anyone indicate a good FREE tool for creating wireframe? The focus and system development for web.
Note that I do not seek the best, but rather the indication of who has used and can recommend.
The goal is for the customer to see on the printed sheet of paper and have a good idea of how the screen will look after finished.

Anderson, high fidelity or low wireframe? For customer presentation? For User Experience tests? Why do a wireframe?

Presentation for client. The goal is that the client has knowledge about the positioning of data, buttons, layout, etc... Low fidelity would be for the case.

Is it really Wireframe, or a functional prototype? That is, it interacts with its prototype.

The simplest. Just for the customer to see on the printed sheet of paper and have a good idea of what the canvas will look like after it’s finished.
