When I enter the Magento panel (CMS>Pages), and enter one of the existing pages, I cannot open Page Information and Content. Also, I can’t create any page.
How do I unlock this?

Is there any error information on the browser page or console? Have you installed a module recently?
If a module has been installed, I ask you to create a security testing environment if there is not one yet, and disable the installed module to check if the features normalize, because it may be a conflict. Remembering that to disable a module completely, the best way is to go in app/etc/modules/nomedomodulo.xml and renaming xml. Example: nomedomodulo.xml.disabled
