Highcharts use method to fill series

Question

I am making an application in Asp.Net that is using Highchart charts and the javascript function I am using is this (taken from the net and placed on the aspx page):

How do I use columns for example 2 and 5 of this method instead of fixed values that are in the graph example? I appreciate ASAP help. Thank you
