I will create a paid game using Unity 5, but I will use ready and free templates for this. I will have to pay or put the name of the models developers in the game or I can use without copyright problems?

That will depend on which is the furlough where the free models have been made available. If this information is not available with the models, the only way to know is to ask the original authors directly. Unless the original author explicitly gives permission, you should not assume that you can use a template just because it is free.

For example, a very common type of find license for free Assets are the licenses Creative Commons. In the less restrictive Creative Commons licenses the only thing the original authors ask of you is that you include their name in your game credits (CC BY). On the other hand, the most restrictive Creative Commons licenses may prohibit the use of models for commercial purposes (CC BY-NC).
