I formatted the note and installed windows 10, I went to install SQL Server 2012 that always used, but this time did not work.

execute cmd as administrator;
type or copy and paste into cmd: fsutil Resource setautoreset true c:\

well, I wasn’t finding the solution, I didn’t have more to write, the error is exactly that of the image, I think filling sausage does not help anything. But thanks for the tips.

because I disagree, this problem has given me a lot of headache, I believe I can help other people who go through the same. I do not see why it is not a problem related to sql server, since the error was during the installation of it. I believe it is useful for programmers who come across this problem.
