Enable-Migrations error in EF5 with Mysql

Question

I have a problem in my project, when trying to enable Migrations in the project it generates an exception as below:

I’m using VS2015, EF5 and Mysql 6.7.9.0, it even adds the Migration configuration file but presents this error and does not allow creating migrations or updating the database.
