How to change the PHP version in Azure

I am using the PHP Webapp service in Azure. Through the Azure panel I can even change the PHP version.

But you’re on the last one that tells me it’s 5.6. We hired a scanner service to check for possible vulnerabilities both in the application and on the server and at the same time showed vulnerabilities due to the PHP version.

I’ve tried Microsoft, but it was kind of funny. I have two options, one is to pay support for me answer this or ask here stack overflow.

I am very grateful if anyone knows of a php version change alternative other than the Azure panel.

In the last release of Azure’s App Service, PHP was published in version 7.0. See if this solves your problem.
