Is there any <meta> tag that makes Google search my site and show it that way ? or is some script developed by Google to improve the way of searching the sites ? modo de fazer

At the moment, the sitelinks are automated. However, there are best practices that can be followed to improve the quality of your sitelinks. For example, for internal links from your site, use anchor text and text with attribute alt informative, compact and without repetition.
