I’m working on a framework but I’m having difficulty adding the toggle menu, because I would like it to appear below 850px, I tried to use media quare, but it didn’t work, it keeps appearing whole with the dimension 850px. I would like below 850 px appeared the mobile menu.

Danilo, welcome to Stackoverflow. It’s interesting to read the tour to better understand the operation of the site http://answall.com/tour. Is there any way to make a Fiddle or focus more on your problem itself? your code is too long.
