I have a field called titulo, on the table noticias. Unfortunately, due to forgetting the command trim PHP, has several titles with space at the beginning and end of string. How can via SQL (Mysql) update titles by removing the spaces at the beginning and end, in a single SQL command?

Using the function TRIM():

UPDATE INTO noticiais SET titulo = TRIM(titulo);

I put in the Github for future reference.
