Error while compiling Delphi project 5. Says it cannot rename file

I try to run the application and gives me this error. How do I fix it? Delphi5

    I decided so. I went to the folder and renamed the file, saved everything in Delphi and then I went back to the original name and it worked. That step is over. In fact, all I don’t want is this project. Today I develop in C# and this project appeared and it discouraged me a lot.
