I have a hosting with a wordpress at the root. If I create a folder on ftp and uple another site(non wordpress) in that folder when I require:
www.site.com.br/pasta_nova_created
wordpress returns me as "page not found". There is a way I "allow" this folder to be viewed and wordpress does not block?

Hello, there is a way that I know will work for sure, do the following: Put the wordpress installation in a folder also ex: www.site.com.br/site/ and your other site as follows www.site.com.br/outrosite/ so when accessing www.site.com.br/ you create an html file redirecting to www.site.com.br/site/ and when accessing direct www.site.com.br/outrosite will work perfectly well.

Wouldn’t it be better to use a subdomain? example: http://supportsite.com.br, most hosts support creating subdomains. But follow @Chun’s guidance.
