Before, excuse me if it’s not the place, but I’m not getting results in my searches for this situation.

Well I am in an uncomfortable situation, I have a system developed in Delphi 7 and in the process of installing or updating the program in windows 8, 8.1 and 10, and some of windows 7 (minority) that has some antivirus installed is removed.

The most interesting thing is that the installation/upgrade program is launched and everything runs perfectly, without major problems, but just finish the installation and ready the antivirus removes the program.

How can I install without antivirus removing the program?

  • Exclusion zone, white list, etc, will depend on antivirus.

  • It would be the right area to post if you show how the program is done and at least tell what kind of virus the Antivirus accuses. It gets very wide if you don’t give details and makes it impossible to answer. You already have a long time at home to know how to create an "answer" question here, please edit and details. Not only the type of virus, but also code, etc. I recommend that you read Help if you don’t understand. Take it as a constructive criticism.

  • Does not accuse any viruses in the report only there is possible threat and the program is deleted.

Well that’s what Luiz commented. It depends on the Antivirus

It removes your program due to "low developer reputation", no offense. Because your system was not created by a company known to it.

Then you will have to analyze the procedure to inform each antivirus that it can "trust" your system.

This is done using deletion zones that are folders that Antivirus does not scan or white lists that are trusted program lists.

The big problem is having to do this on every computer that the program is installed.

  • Thanks! There is not much to do, some install without problems others do not. Knowing which will report the error is not possible. I passed to Support and are acting in this format, "turn off" the anti-virus install the program and enable anti-virus again.
