Started appears this message on my wordpress site.
404 Not Found
The requested URL /.html was not found on this server.
The strange thing is that when I remove the www and try to access it by a domain it becomes accessible.
with the "www" appears the message above. without it the site is accessible.
"It started to appear" smells like hacker, doesn’t it? Or it started to appear after the X pro Y update?

Have you checked your.htacess? Likely to be changed, as the subdominions are operating normally.
