My version of Construct 2 is the r146, and in it the Multiplayer plugin is not appearing in the "Insert new Object'.
What type of project supports Multiplayer?

Its version of Construct 2 is old and has no multiplayer engine.
The multiplayer engine was included in the version: r164
The solution is you upgrade to a newer version.
Check if your version is commercial (Personal or Business), because according to scirra’s website, the free version does not allow multiplayer game development.
