Shortcut to format JSP code does not work in Eclipse

I’ve analyzed several posts, but I can’t format code on JSP pages with the Eclipse shortcut, Ctrl+Shift+F, Thus unable to indent the code. In Javascript and Java code it works, but not in JSP.

I really need to reconfigure this shortcut in Eclipse (Luna), because I am working with Bootstrap, picking up documentation code, and it is very bad without indenting.

Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.

Version: Luna Service Release 2 (4.4.2) Build id: 20150219-0600

PS: at the end of JSP I have a tag <script> with a Javascript code, there formats and comments. How strange, only in HTML TAG NO.

Man, it’s been a while since I’ve used the eclipse, but I believe it’s with this command here:

Ctrl+To+I

  • Dude, I saw it in a post too, nice, but it formats the whole code. With Ctrl+shift+f I choose only the snippet I need.
