Maintenance plan SQL Server 2014

I created a master plan in the bank of the company in which I work, the same is dealing with the following options:

  • Check Database Integrity
  • Shrink Database
  • Reorganize Index
  • Rebuild Index
  • Update Statistics

And after completion I set for him to send email to a registered operator, at first he was giving the following error:

Could not generate mail report. An Exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch. No global profile is configured. Specify a profile name in the @profile_name Parameter.

This problem I managed to solve leaving the public operator and the default profile, according to the execution history there is no more type of error, even so I’m still not receiving email after the execution of the process, someone could help me?

Make sure you don’t have any blocked mail port on the server. Another option is to look at the server’s "mail" that is sending the email. It may be that it is rejecting for some reason that you will check there.
