When I hover over a variable when debugging a C# application in Visual, it hangs and keeps showing some messages. I’m running Visual Studio 2015 Community on Windows 8.1 64-bit. Does anyone know what can stop them from showing?

I did everything, the only solution after having reinstalled VS, recovered Windows was to format everything is to install all again
