Appcelerator error: Unable to locate cli Executable

I’m using OSX El Capitain and I just downloaded Appcelerator Studio. After installing I tried to run, and when I try to log in I get this error message: Unable to locate CLI Executable (screen print below). I already installed Nodejs downloaded directly from the Appcelerator website.

Does anyone know how to solve?

Answering my own question:

The problem is the folder permission /usr/local/bin. While changing the permissions of this folder so my user can access solved the issue.
