I have been researching for a while how to make this type of request without using FQL (since FQL is obsolete). The only method I actually found that works is to get the list of people who are confirmed at the event /{event-id}/attending and then take the user’s friends list and check it inside the server/application. I wanted to leave this processing to the Facebook server.
Does anyone have any idea or has ever done anything like this?
