I wonder if it is possible to have a freight value for each zip code in Woocommerce or only a fixed price is possible.

Depends on the company you want to use to deliver.
Today has ready my plugin for the Post Office: http://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-correios/
There is also the https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-jamef/
In addition I will soon have finished a plugin to integrate with Braspress.

But this plugin is necessary to choose the type of delivery made by the post office. On my site the delivery is made by myself without adding weight and height of the product.

Then explain to me how you "calculate" the value of this "own delivery" without weight and/or package dimensions that I explain to you how to do in Woocommerce ;D But then it seems that you will have to create a delivery method of your own (a plugin for delivery) to calculate the delivery by CEP, but you have to have a process and formula to calculate this before.

I’m not using any @brasofilo module. I looked at the documentation and it is only possible to add the fixed freight for a destination zip code and not different prices for different locations. I was wondering if it was possible to do that.
