Problem to run project

I can’t run my project from the bug

"com.android.ide.common.process.Processexception: org.gradle.process.internal.Execexception: Process 'command 'C: Program Files Java jdk1.7.0_79 bin java.exe'' finished with non-zero Exit value 1"

when I remove mysql:mysql-Connector-java:5.1.38 ai runs, but the app does not work.

Friend, I was also breaking my head because of this. I decided as follows: Download a Connector with version below this! I’m using mysql-Connector-java-3.0.17. Download it, and put it in the libs folder. Here it worked round!
