I have a client registration program linked to Firebird, but I will not use this program anymore and I need the data. Could I take the database.fbd file, which I’m afraid is all the entries and generate some excel or something with all the information? Or install some database manager itself and open the tables there?

  • Lower the Flame Robin to access the database, remember that you user and password for connection.

Install the Firebird with server tool on the machine you want to open, and use the tool IBExpert to open the database.

If you have not set a password on Firebird the password will be masterkey, otherwise you will enter the base with the password you set.

After getting access just open the table go in Date, and then click on the export button as per image.
