Customer side image manipulation

A challenge has arisen, I need to know how/which tools can help me create an area that I can manipulate image on the client side. I need to develop a website that creates custom shirts, something like vitrinepix, I’m not so good front-end dev but have come to mind some possibilities, canvas and javascript? Is there any library that helps me to do that?
