In c# there is some kind of jquery-like library in the sense of making animations effects with form elements like making a text move from one side to the other and etc?

Silvio, the Windows Presentation Foundation - WPF quoted by @Renan is the evolution of Winforms applications.
XAML
It is based on a pattern XAML(Pronounced as Zammel (sound of ZÊMEL)).
XAML _eXtensible Application Markup Language_ serves to structure the "windows/Forms" of WPF, are very rich controls in properties and can be easily extended by other, thus giving a great malleability the application.
Within the contexts of WPF and using its powerful extensibility, you can aggregate a lot of effects to your application, create round buttons, animations, dynamic backgrounds, etc...
The WPF also has a "brother" for the WEB which is the SilverLight.

@Renan: pronunciation comes from English... if you watch any video about XAML in English you will see that tchicotti is right. Note that ratio != right... the form you have indicated is equally valid.

@Renan is that so we Brazilians often have the habit of spelling what we do not know to pronounce correctly. Classic examples: C# from C SHARP - When you did not know the pronunciation, it is often called "C jogo da velha" or "C sustenido", even I’ve heard the "C lá da microsoft"... It is not wrong to spell, just as it is not wrong to pronounce it as Miguelangelo said

Offtopic: in the case of C#, today I hear everyone saying "if sharpi"... it’s a mixture, because in English it would be "si Sharp". But I am not a purist, I end up speaking the apocalyptic version too! = D

off: I tbm am like this, it depends on the context of the conversation, when I’m speaking mta thing in English in the same sentence I speak correct English, if not, I speak Portuguese, or else when I don’t understand myself speaking English, like ("ah altera o 'Eiti em el do si Sharp" ai responder: "o q?" e eu digo "HTML(Aga te te ele) do C# (se sharpi)")
