Well, I would like to know the difference between these three terms, which I believe designate the level of access to server resources, for me, WHM is related to server account management,

Cpanel would be the server resources control panel offered to the specific domain.

Power Panel would be the resources of the machine itself, as if it were server administration at the highest level, being able to restart the machine for example.

I am sure there are more examples of the application of these terms?

Cpanel

Cpanel is a hosting control panel that allows customers of a particular provider to have full administration of their accounts, through a graphical interface, using the browser.

With Cpanel you can manage all email accounts, hosted domains, ftp accounts, etc.

WHM

In Cpanel there is a module called WHM, which is used by the administrators of the hosting servers and in many cases is also released access to WHM for customers who resell the hosting, it is possible to register hosting plans configuring the disk space and traffic according to the preference of the administrator. It is also possible to create accounts for customers (thus releasing the Cpanel for each of them, etc.).

Powerpanel

Powerpanel is the dashboard used to manage a VPS server. In it you can change passwords, manage services and see the use of VPS resources.
