I tried to download the plugin Github Mylyn Connector 2.3 but when will install, returns the following error:
No repository found at http://download.eclipse.org/egit/github/updates-2.3.
Someone knows how I fix it?

This repository has been moved to http://archive.eclipse.org/egit/github/updates-2.3/
Arrange the repository URL in Preferences Install/Update Available Software Sites.

Just select, click Edit and update the URL.

It will not, even updating, when I go to download again, it goes in the old url.

Go to the path Window -> Preferences -> Install/Update -> Available Software Sites, you will see the list of Urls that comes in the eclipse and that you have added, mark only the one you do not want and remove, then go to Add... and add the URL http://archive.eclipse.org/egit/github/updates-2.3/, I have tested and is working.
