At first you are doing it right. Adding the download link and pressing 'Add' to search for the plugin. You could give more details about the step by step you are doing and what messages you are receiving from the IDE?
Another thing, I recommend you download Android Studio to program Android apps, not only because Android Studio is made completely for Android programming, with all the tools you can imagine and for being faster and have a build system well mlhr (Gradle)but mainly because Google already said it will no longer support the plugin for Eclipse
No message, nothing happens, is that the course I am doing is in the eclipse and I am beginner in this
