How do I develop mobile operating systems with Python (Android, Windows Phone, and iOS)? How do I start this? Software to use etc. My main focus is Windows Phone.

For Android there is the Kivy (http://kivy.org/) but as far as I know it doesn’t work for Windows Phone. If you want something to develop for multi-platform mobile take a look at http://ionicframework.com/, not python, but javascript plus Markup.
