Simple , in thesis

   SELECT TO_CHAR(SYSDATE, 'YEAR','NLS_DATE_LANGUAGE=PORTUGUESE') FROM DUAL;

You should return Two thousand and twenty-one. But returns TWENTY-TWENTY-ONE

Version 11 Nls of the session is English as those of the Bank

nls_language        AMERICAN    AMERICAN
nls_date_language   

What could be wrong ?

The documentation itself says that the return will always be in English.
