I have a bike g appliance and I intend to use it through the usb interface to test a developing app. But for now, I will use the emulator. Which emulator model should I use to be more like the g bike?

There is Genymotion, in which you can download several ready-made isos of the form that are in the original devices. You can emulate Moto G in Genymotion.
