build_runner does not execute the flutter pub run build_runner build --delete-Conflicting-outputs --verbose command

Question

Hello, I created a project with the flutter create command. as I will use modular to activated the slidy in the project with the slidy start command so far so good, but when I try to run the command to generate the .g.Dart, it does not execute. It actually runs, but it keeps rotating in an infinite loop. already tried to do clean, get Packages, and even changed Environment to another version so far nothing follow my stack:

This is a build_runner problem, downgrade to 1.10.1. From what I understand build_runner depends on Dart 2.10 which is in prerelease, in dev channel.

Using the stable channel you can override the Analyzer dependency.
