Error installing React Native on linux Mint

Question

I try to install React Enable from the terminal but only error appears:

I already searched several tutorials and so far nothing to fix the error... I run npm even by the administrator and still have error.

This error may be caused because of the version of npm that Voce is using(v3.5.2). Try updating your npm with the command npm install -g npm@latest and try to execute the command again. In case your error is not solved try the version of Node for a version v10 so it can be updated your npm. npm will not update if your number is not in a newer version, as discussed in this Download on the github where the error npm ERR! code EMISSINGARG similar to yours has been reported. Try to ature your Node for a newer version and try again.
