Unfortunately you can no longer update the application. I suggest next time put the Keystore in some version control.
Warning: Keep your Keystore and private key in a safe and Secure place, and ensure that you have Secure backups of them. If you Publish an app to Google Play and then lose the key with which you Signed your app, you will not be Able to Publish any updates to your app, Since you must Always Sign all versions of your app with the same key.

If you lose your private upload key or it is compromised, create a new one and contact the Google Support team Play for redefine.
