I am learning Python and have an exercise using the FOR that I am not able to do, can anyone help me?

Question

1. Build an algorithm that reads the age and sex of 5 people, providing:

*The number of men and women;

*The average age of men and women;

*The greatest age among men;

*The lowest age among women.
