We bought a responsive email template, it got 100% responsive, but in email apps like gmail’s footer goes missing, a click of "see the whole message" By breaking the scroll and opening the desktop version which is not supported while the header already has the normal web view, is this something in css?? how can I resolve this ps. the firing platform is Allininserir a descrição da imagem aqui

This is why Gmail only accepts up to a certain amount of code (text), until this "View the whole message" link appears.For example, it only accepts 5000mil characters and then automatically generates this link to view the whole message. The e vc solution decreases the amount of email code by removing unnecessary code or part of the content...

I didn’t find an official Google source, but in Mail Chimp has the tip https://mailchimp.com/pt/help/gmail-is-clipping-my-email/

When Gmail cuts the message, it also cuts the tracking code that counts the openings. Pto ensure that all openings are tracked and the entire content of your campaign is not hidden in a link, it is important that your message is less than 102 KB.

  • @Parenting was worth the force! Check this out, some email marketing generators often put a lot of unnecessary code and Gmail may be hiding part of their content so...
