SQL Server does not connect to SQL Management Studio

Guys, I’m just coming here because I’ve tried everything, all the steps on the Microsoft site for this kind of problem I’ve tried, downloaded SQL Server 2017 and later downloaded Microsoft SQL Management Studio 18, but every time I try to connect the following error appears:

I’ve seen youtube videos asking to go in Services and right-click on start everything SQL, did not help. I already went to the Firewall settings and create rules for entry and exit using port 1433 and it did not work, when I went to the next advice that says to go to SQL Configuration Manager in Services is all running:

But when I follow the next step that asks me to go to SQL Server Network Configuration, in all the tutorials I saw, when Clicavam in this part appeared 3 protocols that could be enabled or disabled, but in mine I did not appear anything:

So I went to the SQL Serve 2017 setup and asked to start a repair, in the end a report was generated and in this report, I noticed that all the features that I could use in the Microsoft SQL Management Studio 18 Database Engine were not configured:

When I try to connect in Analysis Services mode with you without any problem, but I’m taking a course in Data Science and I urgently need to reverse this, I didn’t want to have to discard everything I already downloaded because my internet is data , could someone help me with this? I am very lay in installing programs that need a deeper knowledge in computing, I thank..

Hello, check if in windows services you find SQL as in the image below and if yes see if it is running as well. If you don’t find it you probably haven’t installed the sql server instance.
