Problems with site resizing

Good afternoon!

I’d like your help with a personal website project of mine, I’m facing one or two problems with it, but let’s start at the beginning.

First: When I resize the site to below 375px values, a layout break occurs, in which the video tag expands giving an impression of being larger in width than the other html tags.

I was able to solve here taking the widths of inputs, you put in it a value in PX that is limiting the responsiveness of the container.

In that button take this fixed value of margin

And in that div puts width 100% (class="formulario")

Thank you very much, Hugo. I was trying to touch the tag video, since for me the problem was with her, I had not thought about the fixed size of the elements.
