I want to import an excel file, and then I can manipulate it, but when I import the spreadsheet into Pycharm the file is all disfigured.
Can someone help me?

Problem is not from the IDE, you are reading a CSV file and Python is reading the file correctly. You need to format the output to the way you want it.
