I wonder if anyone knows any tool that provides these functions in the Atom editor or Atom IDE?

These functions help me in day-to-day productivity!

What function? autocomplete? the threeview of files?

The function I seek is that shows the signatures of the method... through tolltype, or similar to the first image, where the method is already ready!

Not related to the question doubt, I suggest using "financial" instead of "financial", to be equal both the function and the variable.

has the ide-php package, it supports the PHP language for Atom-IDE, but you should also install the Atom-ide-ui package to expose the functionality within Atom.

Note: When you open the page, just click install, it will open a warning asking to open the Atom, click open and when you open the Atom just click install again.
