Does not send html by email php

I created a code to send e-mail, but not send anything html, my code is

What you received in the email is

Substitute:

$header .= "Content-type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1\n";

for:

$header .= "Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1\r\n";

The line Content-Type: text/html tells the Mailer and the recipient that the email contains HTML.
