I intend to subtract all the values from this small table, but if I have 100 different values, would I have any formula to summarize all the values in the same way as the sum formula, EX: =SOMA(B3:B8), without having to specify cell by cell? Because in excel there is no formula "=SUB()", in case I also wanted to have the division "=DIV", as I proceed before this problem??

Your question is a little confused, subtract what from what? If you are going to do something equivalent to the Sum function at the end you would have a negative value: -360. If that is the goal you can do: =SUM(B3:B8) * -1
If you want to replace all the value of a value that is in cell C1 for example can do: =C1 - SOMA(B3:B8).
To split you can use the Toolbar: '/', example: =4 / 2

-340 because in the calculator you are considering the first positive and the remaining negative. If you want to explain what your goal is with this subtraction, maybe I can help you.
