There is, one way is through the View Hierarchy which is included in the Android SDK tools. Allowing you to analyze the layout while the application is running. Using this tool helps you discover the bottlenecks in layout performance, ie by helping you identify possible issues..

When opened, the View Hierarchy shows a list of available devices and their running components.
