Good I want to add two buttons where the user would share a phrase on facebook or twitter with my link app(via app...), do not know where to start.

As a suggestion, HTML, Javascript, Phonegap might solve:

Use the Phonegap (http://build.phonegap.com) and the Facebook Connect Plugin (https://build.phonegap.com/plugins/257)

I think it’s a good option to use Phonegap Build online. For a project it’s free. It’s more practical to get started.
